Kelly Lovett is one of our Senior Personnel Consultants who specializes in placing candidates into permanent positions. She prides herself in her knowledge and dedication to helping bring about the "perfect match" for both clients and candidates.

For two years prior to Laufer and Associates, she recruited in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry in the range of entry-level to top executive positions. Kelly attended Gettysburg College where she majored in English and minored in Creative Writing.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys traveling to Central America, visiting new cities in the U.S., cheering for the Red Sox and spending weekends in the summer on Old Cape Cod.
