Jillian brings two years of experience to Laufer and Associates. Formerly, she worked at a search firm specializing in the biopharmaceutical arena prior to her employment with Laufer and Associates.  She graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. While there, Jillian was a five year member of the Big East Championship Field Hockey team. She graduated in 2006 with her Master's Degree in Business Administration following her final season.

In her spare time, she enjoys home cooked Italian dinners with her family, snowboarding and watching the Red Sox and Patriots dominate in the sports arena.
