HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership for the implementation and delivery of various client deliverables agreed upon by HR and Management teams as it relates to the annual goals and objectives of the groups. Provide coaching and guidance to all associates in reference to policy interpretation as well as HR procedures, practices, and processes. Conduct appropriate interventions to resolve employee relations issues/legal issues Communicate and partner with HR partners in Compensation, Benefits and Training navigating as needed to resolve problems and proactively anticipate client’s needs. Own various sections of work done in HR including but not limited to orientation, onboarding, Immigration, Recruiting Systems, HR File Room, Co-ops & Intern programs & Recruitment Branding.  May lead and direct work of co-op or intern

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years within Human Resources knowledge and exposure to employment laws and compensation
  • Prior experience in supporting multiple clients and forging productive relationships Professional, proactive in approach, organized, ability to be multifunctional and work with all members of the team
  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with various Microsoft programs ie: PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Access & HRIS databases
