Meeting Coordinator 
Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate national and regional level sales meetings in partnership with internal teams
  • Plan sales meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments
  • Book meeting space, develop agenda, attend site visits and collaborate with sales lead on meeting planning
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations
  • Maintain promotional materials by coordinating requirements with vendor, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt
  • Monitor budget by analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
