Office Coordinator – Temp to Hire in 1 Month!

Digital marketing agency with 40 f/t employees.

Serve as liaison for the building – answer the phone – very low volume on calls. Greet visitors. Most folks roll in at 9:30. 

Low level admin, more VM texts, ordering snacks, maintain kitchen, clean and stock/order supplies, lunches, order for events and client meetings (2 large events – summer and holiday party).   This is an awesome opportunity – they would like someone who can work 30-40 hours a week.  Be flexible for longer hours if a client or board meeting.  A go-getter can get involved in HR, take over orientation and new hire paperwork; get involved with the HRIS functions; able to handle highly confidential information; scheduling interviews, and learn interviewing skills. Help with intern recruiting.  Pick up mail/packages, help with facilities.

HOURS:

8:30 – 4:30/5 dep. on workload.
