Our client is proud to have been recognized as one of The Boston Globe's Top Places to Work four years in a row (2015-2018) and a Great Place to Work in the U.K. and Switzerland in 2019.The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key component in supporting the Talent Acquisition team in recruiting initiatives and HR functions. They will provide support for sourcing, onboarding and general administrative tasks. The company is ramping up their hiring for a variety of positions, so an aptitude for multitasking and the ability to prioritize is a must. Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Coordinator duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Coordinating phone screens and in-person interviews with the HR team as well as individual hiring managers
  • Monitor candidates during onsite interviews maintaining a strong level of professionalism
  • Posting positions to all job boards and online platforms
  • Handling all onboarding paperwork including background checks and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Managing the background check initiation process and track status of all screenings
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition/HR team in all administrative functions
  • Managing all applicant tracking in an Application Tracking System (ATS)

Skills: 

  • Familiarity with an Application Tracking System (ATS) and the background check process is preferred
  • Previous experience working directly with clients; agency experience is desired
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment
