TITLE/ROLE:  Contract, CMMS Administrator, Facility and Operations

AREA:  GxP Facility Operations

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Associate Director of GxP Facility Operations or designee, the incumbent will maintain, implement and administer the day to day operations of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and work order management.     

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRED SKILLS

§  Communicate effectively with end users, Reliability Engineering, QA and EHS to ensure highest level of compliance resulting in perpetual audit ready state of CMMS

§  Provide GMP CMMS ILT training to end users

§  Administration of company GMP CMMS

§  Upload data/records into the GMP CMMS

§  Other reporting structure, tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Associate Director of GxP Facility Operations or designee.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:          

§  Maintain GMP CMMS Master Data

§  Maintain compliance with company policy and procedures as well as departmental forms, SOP’s and Work Instructions (WI).

§  Assist in the investigation of instrument and equipment calibration and maintenance related deviations

§  Keeping the maintenance and calibration programs current with regulatory expectations for development, clinical and commercial manufacturing.

§  Upload data/records into the CMMS.

§  Other tasks as assigned                                                                                                                   

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

§  Experience working within and administering a GMP CMMS to manage facility maintenance and calibration activity

§  BA/BS in Engineering, Facilities Management or 7 – 10 years in related experience working with asset management and procedurally driven maintenance programs

§  Experience working in a regulated environment, such as Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, or Research and Development (R&D)

§  Strong interpersonal skills

§  Understanding of maintenance and calibration means and methods in a cGMP environment

§  Subject Matter Expert level of knowledge on Asset management systems and current regulatory expectations related to CMMS

§  Proven ability to successfully work in a highly regulated commercial environment with compliance to procedurally driven activities while remaining flexible to work within a less stringent environment
