Be a part of building our booming biotech/pharma company's Enterprise Learning & Development expertise area leading the coordination of training activities across both commercial and medical functions.  The Training Coordinator responsibilities include communicating with commercial, medical and cross functional stakeholders and training leads coordinating all training initiatives.  Our ideal candidate has experience in successfully coordinating multiple training activities in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support commercial and medical training leads
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires across all functional roles
  • Document management of training materials in centralized location
  • Track training material expiration scheduling updates and reviews
  • Coordinate training vendor interactions and facilitate new vendor set up
  • Schedule training activities and reviews for national and regional meetings
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
  • Market available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
  • Stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
  • Help design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session compiling results
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
  • Schedule train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Research and recommend new training methods, like gamification

Education:

  • BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
